抄録	本報告書は、京都外国語大学において2024年度に実施したコミュニティ通訳者育成プログラムの実践的展開について報告するものである。本プログラムは、ISO 13611:2024「通訳サービス—コミュニティ通訳—要件と推奨事項」に基づく認証取得を目指し、英語—日本語、ロシア語—日本語、ポルトガル語—日本語、中国語—日本語の4言語ペアについて適正テストを開発・実施した。本報告書では、テスト開発の理論的背景、言語別テストの実施状況、結果分析から得られた教育的示唆、および日本の高等教育機関における今後の展開について詳述する。研究の結果、専門教育の履修が合格率向上に大きく寄与すること、双方向言語運用能力のバランスが合格の重要な要素であること、そして文化的背景の理解や通訳技術、倫理的判断力といった要素を含めた総合的な評価の重要性が確認された。
抄録	This report describes the practical development of the Community Interpreter Training Program implemented at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies in 2024. The program aims to achieve certification based on ISO 13611:2024 "Interpreting services—Community interpreting—Requirements and recommendations," and aptitude tests were developed and implemented for four language pairs: English-Japanese, Russian-Japanese, Portuguese-Japanese, and Chinese-Japanese. This report details the theoretical background of test development, the implementation status of language-specific tests, educational implications derived from the analysis of results, and future developments in Japanese higher education institutions. The research findings confirmed that enrollment in specialized education significantly contributes to improved pass rates, that the balance of bidirectional language proficiency is a critical factor for success, and the importance of comprehensive evaluation encompassing elements such as understanding cultural backgrounds, interpreting techniques, and ethical judgment.
