Abstract
目的：本研究の目的は、産前から児童虐待リスクを探索する公衆衛生看護技術を明らかにすることである。方法：推薦を受けた自治体保健師20名に半構造化面接を行い、質的記述的分析を行った。結果：明らかになった技術は、【負の連鎖リスクを探る育ち把握】、【社会的孤立リスクを探る関わり把握】、【家庭生活リスクを探る暮らし把握】、【心身の健康リスクを探る保健行動把握】に分類された。考察：アセスメントツールのみでは査定できない違和感から虐待リスクを探索する公衆衛生看護技術は、家庭訪問や各種母子保健事業などの対面の機会に適用するものであった。今後、明らかになった技術を、多分野多職種との協働のもと、実践に広く適用する必要がある。
Objective: This study identified public health nursing art of the search for risk of child abuse before birth. Methods: Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 municipal public health nurses, and a qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted. Results: The public health nursing art identified was classified into four categories: grasping upbringing, to explore the risk of negative linkages; grasping involvement, to explore the risk of social isolation; grasping living, to explore the risks in family life; and grasping health behaviors, to explore the risks of physical and mental health. Discussion: Public health nursing art of the search for risk of abuse on a sense of incongruity that cannot be assessed by assessment tools alone was applicable in face-to-face opportunities such as home visits and various maternal and child health-care services. The revealed art should be widely practice in collaboration with professionals in multiple disciplines.
