Abstract	本研究では、大学生221名を対象に苦手（得意）とする対人場面に関する自由記述の内容と社会的スキル（非言語的表出性）との関連性を検討した。自由記述の回答を対人場面での相手と行動の点からテキスト・マイニングツールを用いて整理した後、性別とACT得点との関連を対応分析、クラスター分析により検討した。大学生は概して、初対面の人との会話、年長者との接し方、顔見知り程度の人とのコミュニケーションに苦手意識を抱いていた。またACT得点の高い男性は、より積極的・主張的な対人行動に苦手意識を感じていた。一方、得意な場面に関しては、その場限りの相手に対するマニュアル的な行動が多く挙げられた。女性一般では身内との関係の円滑さが示され、ACT得点の低い男性では自分の支配力の及びやすい関係が挙げられやすい傾向にあった。これらの結果は、社会的スキルトレーニングにおいて非言語的表出性の程度に応じ訓練プログラムを組むという新たな方策の可能性を示唆するものである。
Abstract	The present study was designed to examine the relationship between the dislikable/likable communication situation and the degree of social skills. The contents of the interpersonal situation were summarized by the text mining software. Correspondence analysis and cluster analysis of data from 221 undergraduate students showed the following 5 findings. (1) Undergraduate students were not generally good at communicating with the strangers, the old, and acquaintance. (2) The nonverbal expressive males were not good at appealing assertively. (3) On the other hand, undergraduate students perceived themselves generally to be good at communicating like as the manual says. (4) Female students perceived themselves to be good at the interaction with relatives. (5) The low nonverbal expressive males were good at behaving in the dominant relations. These consequences were discussed from viewpoint of the application to the social skills training.
