Abstract
細胞積層法を用いることで，全く新しい皮膚モデルを構築した。真皮層の層数は播種細胞数により自在に制御できるだけでなく，従来のコラーゲンゲルとは異なる均一な構造とKCの完全被覆を実現できるため，TERなどの微小応用を評価することが可能であった。さらに，真皮層に毛細血管網やリンパ管網を導入した皮膚モデルを構築することができた。本手法を用いることで，様々な附属器を導入した次世代型皮膚モデルの実現が期待される。
