Abstract	本稿では、マテリアル技術からのアプローチとして、サイボウ積層法およびサイボウ集積法に基づく新しいヒト三次元生体組織モデルの構築および薬剤効果判定・毒性評価への応用について紹介する。人工的に高分子ナノ薄膜を細胞に形成することで組織をビルドアップする本手法は、次世代の組織モデル開発への利用が期待される。
