Abstract	細胞表面ヘフィブロネクチンーゼラチン薄膜を形成し次層の細胞接着の足場を提供することで，生体外で積層化組織を構築することが可能であった。この手法を応用することで， ヒトの血管壁と同じ構造の積層化組織の構築にも成功した。本手法は，新しい再生医療技術として期待される。
