Abstract	成人の愛着スタイルに関する研究は、特に欧米において、近年その隆盛を極めていると言える。成人の愛着スタイル研究は、その基礎にBowlbyの愛着理論を持つことから、対人関係の理解に発達的もしくは時系列的視点を提供する。そのような利点を持つゆえ、これまで様々な観点から成人の愛着に関する研究が行われ、また、膨大な量の知見が蓄積されてきた。しかしながら、成人の愛着研究は、その領域の拡大と共に、内包される問題点も増加していった。本論文では、まず、成人の愛着研究の基礎となるBowlbyの愛着理論について述べた後、成人の愛着の測定に主に用いられる2つの方法(アダルト・アタッチメント・インタビューと成人の愛着質問紙)について言及し、その後、自己報告型の質問紙法による研究知見を中心に、成人の愛着に関する実証研究の現状を概観する。さらに、現在の成人の愛着スタイル研究が抱える問題点を指摘し、今後に残された課題と愛着研究の将来的な展望について議論を行う。
Abstract	Recently there has been numerous studies concerning about adult attachment, especially in Western countries. Studies on adult attachment offer the developmental and time-series perspective to understand interpersonal relationship because they are based on Bowlby’s attachment theory. Having these benefits, adult attachment studies have been conducted from various points of view, and the amount of knowledge has been accumulated. However, problems involved in adult attachment studies increase while their research areas are extending. This paper firstly makes brief reference to Bowlby’s attachment theory which is the root of adult attachment studies, and then, notes two methods of adult attachment measure mainly used in recent researches (the Adult Attachment Interview—AAI and the Adult Attachment Questionnaire—AAQ). After that, this paper reviews several empirical studies concerning adult attachment, focusing mostly on studies with self-report adult attachment questionnaires. At last, this paper points out several problems involved in adult attachment studies and discusses the issues to be solved and the prospects for the future researches on this filed.
