Abstract
本報告では、QPSK信号のランダム混合を独立成分分析により信号分離する際の特性について検討した。複素数値FastICAの評価尺度としてCNRを用い、サンプル数、源信号電力のダイナミックレンジについて、基本 ICAモデルと加法性雑音ICAモデルについて検討した。基本ICAモデルについては、CNRとサンプル数とが線形関係にある領域ではほとんど分離が成功すること、信号数が増加するにつれて分離に必要なサンプル数が増加するが、8信号20dB程度の分離ならば200サンプル程度必要であることがわかった。さらに、分離信号数が既知であれば独立成分分析が極めて広いダイナミックレンジを有し、DURが 10dB程度あれば余剰信号成分が存在しても信号分離が可能であることを示した。雑音に対してはサンプル数の大きな領域での性能劣化が激しく、むやみにサンプル数を増やしても性能は向上しないことがわかった。
This report presents the characteristics of a blind signal separation for qpsk random mixture using independent component analysis. To obtain the performance of Complex Valued Fast ICA，CNR was used. The dependence of the CNR on a number of samples and a dynamic range of source signals was considered on basic ICA model and ICA model with additive white noise.
