Abstract
本稿は、大阪大学国際教育交流センターが提供している外国人研究者、および、外国人研究者や留学生の配偶者向け有料日本語プログラム（いちょう日本語プログラム）に関する報告である。いちょう日本語プログラムは、外国人研究者・配偶者等を対象に、生活に必要な基礎的な日本語を学ぶ機会の提供や、居場所づくり・ネットワークづくりの促進を目的として開設され、約10年の歴史を有しているが、近年の状況を鑑み、2015年度からいったん休止とすることが決定された。このような現状をふまえつつ、本稿ではいちょう日本語プログラム設立の経緯、コースデザイン、プログラム運営の現状と課題について報告する。
