報告
Abstract
「自分の健康を自分で守る」学問体系として注目されている中医学(東洋医学)の大阪大学保健学、看護学の学部および大学院教育への導入の試みをまとめた(1996-2006)。中医学(東洋医学)の特徴は、人間の五感を用いての体調観察が主体であること、他覚所見が出る前に食事や運動などライフスタイルを含めた体調管理により体調を整えること、などである。学部低学年教育では、体系的ではなく単発的な観察技術やマッサージ技術の演習として実践することにより、看護学教育カリキュラムとの混乱がないことが分かった。また、中医学の教育担当者と大学教員との密接な連携が必要であることなどが見出された。大学院教育のあり方は今後の課題といえる。
