In this paper, the author has focused on engineering students who engage in international activities on campus, and has described how these experiences affect themselves and promote the development of global human resources. By using Personal Attitude Construct and conducting interviews, the author discovered that being in charge of such activities grows the students' own skills such as improving communication profi ciency, deepening their cross-cultural understanding and expanding their network and perception. Furthermore, these students give a positive eff ect to other classmates, which further leads to the development of global human resources.
