Abstract	20世紀前半から米国の大学で発展していったライティングセンターが，現在日本の大学でも徐々に設置されつつある．大阪大学工学部・工学研究科国際交流推進センターでも，学生の研究発信能力向上を目指し，平成27年にライティングヘルプデスクを開設した．本稿では，開設までの流れ，利用状況，利用者のアンケート結果などを取り上げる．そこから，現状と今後の課題について考察する．
Abstract	Writing centers have seen long-term development over time in universities around the United States ever since their creation in the early 1920s. In recent years, such writing centers are gradually becoming popular as well in universities around Japan. In 2015, the Center for International Affairs, Graduate School of Engineering at Osaka University also started the “Writing Help Desk” for the purpose of improving their research output ability. In this paper, our goal is to present how we started the desk, the amount of students that have used the desk and the results of questionnaires. From the findings, we discuss potential future issues.
