Abstract
本稿は、2018年4月20日と21日に中国四川省減災防災教育館で開催された「汶川地震十周年・芦山地震五周年灾区重建与振兴学术研讨会暨第二届（2018年）学校减灾教育研讨会」の報告である。2008年に発災した四川大地震を契機に、中国では災害に関する社会組織が発展してきている。今回の2日間の研究会で、それぞれの社会組織から独自性に溢れた事例が報告された。それらの事例から、この10年間における中国の災害復興や地域防災に関わる社会組織の動向と直面している課題を垣間見ることができた。
From April 20, 2018 to April 21, 2018, "The 10th Anniversary of Wenchuan Earthquake, and the 5th Anniversary of Lushan Earthquake Disaster Area Reconstruction and Revitalization Seminar and the Second (2018) School Disaster Reduction Education Seminar" were held at the Disaster Reduction and Preparedness Education Center in Sichuan Province, China. This article is the summary of the seminars. After the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, China's disaster-related social organizations developed rapidly. Unique practice reports from different social organizations have also emerged in these two seminars. From these examples, we can grasp the trends and direct problems in disaster recovery and regional disaster preparedness in China over the past ten years.
