Abstract
本稿では、まず東アジアの学生移動の最新統計を整理した上で、日本・中国・韓国における大学国際競争力強化政策と送出し・受入れ留学生の状況を分析し、東アジア地域内における学生流動のダイナミクスを把握する。次に、中国朝鮮族の民族特性としてのモビリティ、民族の言語と教育、および日本の大学出身の朝鮮族の留学と移動を分析し、更に事例研究より新しい地域人材の実態を考察する。
