Abstract
本稿では、附属図書館ラーニングサポーターの活動の現状およびラーニングサポーター自身の学修支援を通じた学びを理解することを目的として実施したアンケート調査およびインタビュー調査の結果を報告する。調査の結果、ラーニングサポーターは主にスキルや態度面での自己の変化や成長、具体的には、「コミュニケーション能力の向上」「学習・研究に対する姿勢の変化」「積極性・主体性の向上」「LS としての自覚の向上」を認識していた。また留学生に対する支援を通じて、「コミュニケーション能力の向上」「視野や態度の変化」「日本語に対する理解の深まり」「学習意欲の向上」を感じていることが明らかになった。
