Abstract	本研究では、新型コロナウイルス禍に対する中国の研究所・NGO と日本のNGO・NPO・大学そして大学生らを中心とする2020 年4 月までの活動とそれをもとに新型コロナウイルス禍後の社会について行った理論的考察を、その時点における記録を兼ねて整理したものである。まず、活動の経緯を記述する。次に活動過程の中で注目された特徴的なフレーズとその含意を紹介し、新型コロナウイルス禍後の社会に向けて理論的な考察を行った。具体的には、新安世紀教育安全科技研究院・NGO 備災中心（中国四川省成都市）、（特）CODE 海外災害援助市民センター（兵庫県神戸市）、（認特）日本災害救援ボランティアネットワーク（兵庫県西宮市）、大阪大学大学院人間科学研究科附属未来共創センター災害ボランティアラボ、および、大阪大学学生らの活動経緯を2020 年1 月から4 月について記述した。活動の過程で頻回に触れられた４つのフレーズ―新型コロナウイルス禍は災害である、最も弱くされている人々へ、寄り添う・手書き、分断から連帯へ―をその含意とともに紹介し、新型コロナウイルス禍後の社会を、災害ボランティア活動の視点から、距離の無化、時間の無化、交換様式の無化から考察し、市民の連帯の可能性を検討した。
Abstract	The present study reports the joint responses to COVID-19 by a Chinese laboratory and NGO, Japanese NGO, NPO, university, and university students through April 30, 2020, and provides theoretical speculation regarding post COVID-19 society. First, it describes how these joint activities came about. It focuses on activities jointly by the New Century Institute of Education Safety Science and Technology, and NGO Preparedness Center in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and CODE Citizens towards Overseas Disaster Emergency, Nippon Volunteer Network Active in Disaster, Disaster Lab at Center for Collaborative Future Creation at Osaka University, and its students. Second, it focuses on four aspects of COVID-19 as a disaster: impacts on the most vulnerable people and the reestablishment of community solidarity. Finally, it theoretically examines the society after COVID-19 from the following three points: Nullification of distance, time and exchange form.
