Abstract
現在、多くの企業において定年後再雇用制度が導入されており、一般に再雇用となった際はっ職位変更や賃金低下を伴う制度として設計されている。少子高齢化が進む中で、労働力を確保するためシニア層の活躍が必要不可欠であり、再雇用制度を導入している企業においては重要課題と考えられる。本研究では、定年後再雇用者（以下、「再雇用者」）が定年前と変わらない高いモチベーションを保ちつつ業務へ取り組む方法を探るために、再雇用に伴う各種変化と再雇用者の内発的モチベーションの関係性について明らかにすることを目的とした。総合化学メーカーX 社の再雇用者1,114 名を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、その結果を分析したところ、再雇用者のモチベーションは、再雇用後の職務設計のあり方や組織的公正感などと関係することが確認された。
Currently, many companies have reemployment systems in Japan. These systems are generally designed to involve a change in status or a decrease in wages. It is important that senior employees play an active role , and this is considered to be an key issue for companies that have reemployment systems. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the various changes associated with reemployment and the intrinsic motivation of reemployed senior employees in order to understand how reemployed employees can maintain the same high level of motivation in their work as before retirement. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,114 reemployed employees at Company X, a general chemical manufacturer. We confirmed that the motivation of reemployed employees is related to "job design after rehiring" and "sense of fairness in personnel evaluation.
