Abstract
論文の掲載先や引用数などの指標は，学術研究の品質保証や研究者の客観的な評価に重要な役割を果たしているため，多くの問題点が指摘されながらも，論文引用索引データベースは世界的に広く利用されている．一方，人文・社会科学系の研究評価において，非英語圏の多くの国では論文引用索引データベースの整備が未解決のままである．これに対し，中国では人文・社会科学系の論文引用索引データベースが早期に整備され，大学の評価体制の標準化に寄与している．本調査では，中国の人文・社会科学系の研究者評価における引用索引データベースの活用事例を調査し，その影響や発展について検証する．
