Abstract	本研究は、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故によって深刻な影響を受けた福島県双葉郡富岡町を中心に、県外からの移住者が原子力被災地に移住する要因及び課題を深掘りすることを目的としている。この研究では、福島県12市町村の移住者に対するインタビューを実施し、彼らが県外から福島県へ移住する経緯や理由について考察する。特に、関係人口から居住人口への移住パターンと、職業関連による移住パターンの二つに焦点を当て、それぞれの動機や背景について詳細に分析を行う。さらに、これらの移住パターンが互いにどのように影響し合う可能性があるか、いわゆる「複合形移住」の概念についても検討する。
Abstract	This study focuses on Tomioka Town in Futaba-Gun, Fukushima, which was severely affected by the TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. Its main objective is to delve into the factors and challenges associated with the migration of people from outside the prefecture to the nuclear disaster-affected areas. The research involves conducting interviews with migrants in 12 municipalities across Fukushima Prefecture, examining their backgrounds and reasons for relocating from outside the prefecture. Specifically, it focuses on two migration patterns: the shift from being related to the area (Kankei-Jinko) to becoming a resident, and migration related to employment. It provides a detailed analysis of the motivations and backgrounds for each pattern. Additionally, the study explores the concept of 'composite migration,' examining how these migration patterns might interact and influence each other.
