Abstract
マージド・キャパシタ・スイッチング法を用いたパイプラインA-DコンバータについてMDACセグメント内のキャパシタミスマッチに関する解析を行った．MDAC回路に用いるキャパシタのセグメント内差動ミスマッチによってDNLが悪化し，また差動間グラウンド電圧にコード欠け発生確率が依存することを明らかにした．
A pipelined ADC with merged capacitor switching technique is analyzed taking account of differential capacitor mismatch in a segment of MDAC. Our analysis revealed that the differential non-linearity (DNL) degrades as the differential capacitor mismatch increases. It is also revealed that the probability of missing code is reduced by setting the common reference voltage to the center of refference voltages.
