Abstract
0.25 μm RF CMOSプロセスを用い，内部バッファの駆動電流を最適化することにより高IIP3を実現したテレビ受信システムIC用イメージ除去用フィルタ(IMRF)の設計とその測定を行った．IMRF単体でIIP3の目標を137 dBμVとし，チューナIC全体の最大ゲイン37 dBのときにIIP3が94 dBμVとなった．IQ位相差の自動調整によりチューナICシステム全体で60 dB以上のイメージ除去を実現した．
The image rejection filter circuit with a high IIP3 by current adapted buffers for TV tuner IC was designed and the performance was measured. The experimental result has been achieved to be high enough of 137 dBµV at the filter circuit as target specification; it becomes 94 dBµV at overall system with maximum gain of 37 dB. The image rejection ratio also meets the system requirement of over 60 dB after auto-tuning topology to adjust the IQ phase mismatch.
