Abstract	線形性の向上を目的とした低雑音増幅器（Low-Noise Amplifier：LNA）の設計手法について検討を行った．本論文で検討した設計手法を用いると，従来の設計手法と比較してLNAの三次入力インタセプトポイント（Input third-order Intercept Point：IIP3）を2.0 dB改善できることを確認した．
