Abstract
弱反転動作による省電力スイッチトキャパシタ用オペアンプを提案する．バイアス電流を入力振幅に応じて動的に変更することで動作速度を向上させた．スイッチトキャパシタ回路のシミュレーションにおいて通常のオペアンプと比較してセトリング時間が約10倍改善することを確認した．
An op-amp implementing an adaptive current biasing depending on the input signal amplitude is proposed for low power switched capacitor circuits operating in weak inversion. The simulation result proves that the proposed op-amp significantly improves the settling time of switched capacitor circuits; approximately ten times faster than that of switched capacitor circuits using a conventional op-amp.
