Abstract
The microstructures of π-conjugated polymer, such as π-π stacking and lamellar stacking, strongly affect the charge transport property of the thin film. Since the microstructures are related to the pre-aggregation structure formed in the solution, it is important to investigate the pre-aggregation behavior during the film formation process. In this study, the dynamics of the pre-aggregation in the solution phase and film formation process were investigated by small angle X-ray scattering analysis.
